after 2 outings in the dog towns, i am confused as normal. the 20-250 was interesting to try. the reloader 15 did not like the temp increase so the next batch will get another reduction and try them again. It shot very well when the shells looked and acted normal, but when they blow the primers out it kinda throw them around a bit. I did manage 7 in a row an 525 yards once among the shooting. The lighter rifle and the bit more recoil made it hard to see impackes in the dirt. The rain each days didnt help either. Orders a different stock to help it in the rest. the new scope was kinda a let down. the higher magnification was nice but the mirage was also more intense. By fall hopefully i can get the chandes made and even try so 40 gr throught it and see the recoil difference between the two. Parts are ordered and now we wait.

20-250AI just built on a donor Rem788 with PacNor 1:9 x 25in. Did a shoot today with RL16 and very disappointed with the low FPS and the SD/ES readings increased with increase powder increments. Doing a ladder test tomorrow with RL15 and 55Bergers seated 7 thou in Lapua brass

A group with RL-15 a few years ago out of my 20/250 and 55gr Bergers (3775 fps). I switched to H-4350 a couple of years ago with the 55gr Berger as it's a little faster (3830 fps) and just as accurate...but there's nothing wrong with RL-15 that I can see. RL-15 has been my go to powder for many years in the 20BR. 7315br
