Much to my lovely wife of 34 years chagrin I went out again last night. After the two that got away, with what seemed to be hard hits, I took the .20-.223AI with Sierra 39 gr. BK's at 4147 fps MV out. It wasn't long when this Boar appeared at 130 yards so I thought of Snert and planted one in the noggin'!

Next up was this little Boar at 211 yards and it was moving way to much to attempt another Apricot shot but was anchored decidedly regardless.

The farmer was collecting his round bails so there was a short delay but it wasn't long after he pulled off the field that this Boar stood up at 267 yards. He didn't move after being hit! What a difference 14 grains additional bullet weight makes!

Here's a the view that brings me so much happiness!
