20-223 imp?

What do you mean tighter? I'm good with .0017 chamber clearance target tells me I'm good, I believe the PRC's gotta have .004 or more to get away from clickers.
Tighter is not always better.
I guess I should clarify that, given the varied topics. Tighter meaning if it takes a small base die to get proper chambering, the chamber is smaller than one that does not require the small base die. (I was referring to space other than the neck area). My logic in saying this is that if it requires the small base die, there is a bit more certainty of the absence of radial slop in the chamber. It works out well in that .20P chamber that I have. Of course, I'd RATHER have a chamber not requiring small base dies and have a custom die to properly size it. I do have a long wish list.... Ha.

Wow. Those are fairly large bushings. What brands of brass are your running? Bolt guns? Not turning necks?
LC in the practical in an AR and a bolt gun. Alpha 22 GT for the 20 GT in a bolt gun. No turn necks. No expander on the decapping rod. If you go smaller than 229 the expander opens it up on the way out.
