Do you always go up 1 grain at a time when doing load development?

You could probably load up .2 at a time between 30-31 and find something that’s fast a little more repeatable

When working with a powder charge that small a .2 change in charge weight can be significant to accuracy and be a little safer to develop

Sorry for veering off OP...

No.... varmintexpress or I don’t have any experience with a 20 Nosler hahaha

It is a 22 nosler

No not usually.

Also why I made it very clear to nosler's listed max load. Just needed some speed and accuracy to coyote hunt with. Just lucked up with what happened in the results

With the "/" in the title and "either" in the original post I thought it was a question of either chambering.

OP was asking about necking down.

He actually wasn't talking about a 20 nosler either, they're two complete different chanberings. The brass casing will have different shoulders.

I called it a 20 Nosler.... knowing he was talking about necking down.

The either is referring to an AR or bolt gun.

Not either chambering.

I believe he is looking for load data on a .20-22 Nosler.

Which neither of us have.

Yes - I'm all dialed in with .22 Nosler loads. I'm looking for someone who has necked it down to .20 caliber.
