180 lbt jlk 308 loads starting point

I have Varget, RE-15 & RE-17, lapua brass, cci br2 primers on hand to start. The rifle is a trued Rem 700 with an 28 inch Obermeyer barrel 1 11''. Anyone running this bullet in a 308 and care to share a pet load, thanks.

I use the same brass and primer in a broughton 10 twist. With Varget I get 2750 with 44.8gr. Have not pushed beyond that but some do. Work up and see what works.

Thanks uncleduke, I had been using 44.2 grains of Varget pushing 175smks in a 24 inch 1 10" Douglas, will start around there and work up till I see some pressure signs.
