Took a .17 FB out this summer for PDs, using a 20 gr. V-Max running about 4000. Worked okay, but a little disappointed at the lack of "air time" on any of the dogs, shooting from 100-200 yds. mostly. For those PD shooters with .17 FB experience, does it get any better with the 25 gr.? I know it's heavier, but it's also slower. I'd try it but don't have the twist for it. The .20 Vartarg with 32 gr. V-Max or 32 BK creates lots of acrobatic dogs.

20’s even at 4250 out of my MK4 are kind of boring. 25’s are a lot more fun!
