168gr Hybrid load recommendation?

Rifle is an LRB M14 (308) with a 22" barrel

I had bad luck with my 168 hybrid load this weekend. Does anyone have a good recipe for running it in a 1:12" twist M852 chambered rifle with a 1.6315" headspace?

I'm running a GI piston and plug, unmodified.

I'd like a good accurate non-nuclear load for 600 to 700yds. I have the following powders available:

-RL15
-IMR-4064
-H4895
-Varget

I'm using commercial Winchester brass and CCI-200 primers.
