I have a new 7-08 and have found a good load with the 140 NBT over Varget but I also have had even better sucess with the Berger hunting bullets over the NBT's in my 308--wondering if the same will be true with the 7-08 ---Both bullets are priced about the same now--what is the better hunting bullet??
Just a note: While I am here-- I am shooting 41.0gr of Varget on the 140 NBT 2.820 OAL CCI LR STD--no pressure signs at all--I think I could go up to the 42-43 range --Current groups .75" @ 100 --anyone been there done this??
