12 twist Model 70 223 Rem

I have a late 1980's Model 70 Sporter Varmint 223 Rem 12 twist rifle. Have several 52 and 53 grain match bullets and I would like to know if there is any one powder that seems to work well with the above bullets and twist. I realize that my rifle may not shoot well with whatever powder is suggested.
Thanks
Marty

Benchmark, IMR8208 are my favorites.

It's whatever your gun likes, theres no telling. In several different .223's I've used T-32, 748, 2015, with 50's, 52's, and 55's. And quite likely tried some others that didn't work as well. Best VV powders in my guns - 133 for 50's and 135 for 55's, both very accurate and very fast.

Most of my 223's are 12" twist. Powders that have worked very well for me with 50 to 55 grain bullets: H335, Benchmark, H4895, and Varget. I'm sure there are others that work just as well but these are the one's I've used extensively.

Currently using H4895.

Thanks for the replies.
I will purchase Benchmark, H322, and H335. One or all of them should work and it looks like they are all small grained so that they can go through a powder measure with good consistency.

I like lt-32, 8208, and vv n133 for accuracy loads in 223 with 52/53gr flat base match bullets.

I like faster powders with lightweight bullets in .223 bolt guns.

H322
AA-2015
LT-30
H4198

20.6 grains of H4198 is close to a maximum load in my Winchester M70. 3177 fps from it's 26" barrel. 5/8" groups are common at 100.

My .223's like IMR8208XBR, Reloader 7, Accurate LT32, Winchester 748 with bullets in that weight. Virtually every .223 I have loaded for will shoot LT32 well with light bullets.
