105g Hornady's good or bad

I was just wondering how the hornady A max, and BTHP's have worked for anyone who has tried them. Also is is one better than the other for varmint or target. The reason I ask is I have a new dasher coming for coyotes, targets and bobcats. This gun will have to shoot a minimum of 600 yards. And at the price of A Max's vs the bergers I shoot , I may have to give them a try. Thank you K Redden.

I would chose the amax between the 2 for hunting. They have shot very well for me. When I want the best I shoot my bergers. When good will do, I shoot amax.

Excellent hunting bullet with as good of accuracy as one can get from a hunting type bullet and very close to target bullet performance in that department. JMHO

I hope you're not looking to save the hides or have lots of thread. The A-Max is my go-to bullet for Chucks as it's terminal performance is very close to that of the V-Max. Longest shot past season was a laser-ed 900 yards and started at 3200 fps it expanded well. It was sitting on top of it's burrow when shot and dropped right in without making it down the hole.
