Well after almost 40 years it was bound to happen. My automatic priming tool jammed up and became a PITA to work. Got to looking at it and figured out it was the little rod that held the primer was bent, this would not allow it to recede below the shell holder. So I call RCBS and explain the situation to my friendly sales rep. "No Problem" he said. OK, how much to replace them? "No Problem, we'll send you both the large and small set free of charge." Got 'em in the mail today. Boy, that was easy!

Seems RCBS And Dillon have GREAT customer service. I'll be buying more of both their products in the future.

Glad to hear that about their customer service. Fortunately i havent had to contact them because everything Ive purchased from RCBS has been built to last and functioned flawlessly. RCBS might not be the most expensive equipment a person can buy, but theres no doubt it is excellent quality. This testament from the OP of a tool lasting 40 years is a perfect example.

RCBS is not only #1 in customer service I will say it has been so since the late 60's that I know of personally. Long long run.

I bought my first setup of loading gear in 1959 to load up .222's for groundhog shooting. I wrestled with this stuff and a lot of other components for 15 years until in the mid seventies I went all RCBS at Base Exchange prices. Best move for non BR equipment I ever made. Quality stuff from a quality company. Even though I don't use a lot of it any more In lieu of Benchrest equipment, I still have every piece of RCBS equipment from those days. And up until I quit using most of it, every time there was an issue or something broke, one quick phone call had a courteous service technician shipping out a replacement part free of charge.
