file a little off the heavy cup!Correct they are .01 or so off. But I'll tell you. Just waving your hand by the Sartorius makes the#'s run. I had to get the decimal point down to two because I couldn't keep that third still enough for the thing to come on. Very sensitive scales. Just punching the tear button causes it to move.
I just did 70 and I'm tired as heck !
I was also over tapping. I was watching the scale not the tube.
Nope add tape to the light one. Little strips that I could cut with my scissors tiny bits at a time actually worked well.file a little off the heavy cup!
With the precision of today’s scales periodically wiping out the cup to remove powder dust is certainly recommended, especially when you find that the zero has drifted when you set the cup back on the platen. It almost always means that the scale has not drifted but is now weighing the dust… Say .02gr.Nope add tape to the light one. Little strips that I could cut with my scissors tiny bits at a time actually worked well.
If you remember cleaning your pan and it becoming lighter, so will these. Just wiping handles changes the weight. The residue inside the cup causes them to change a good bit
Bump4/10/26 Any Idea of oder number is he up to?
Not a problem. Just need the rest, and wondering what order we’re on.FYI, the upgrade order to have a full system coming from a V3 +IP combo does not include the stepper motor for the disk trickler. You will have to use the stepper motor from your V3s system.
So, if your intent was to get the full IP system and then sell your v3 or use it as a second trickler, you will have to order another stepper motor.
Well, it’s a problem for folks who were intending on using their v3 system after buying the upgrade to a full IP system. Not a problem. Just need the rest, and wondering what order we’re on.
I see, yeah if that’s what you’re doing it’s not ideal.Well, it’s a problem for folks who were intending on using their v3 system after buying the upgrade to a full IP system.
The IP upgrade should not be cannibalizing parts from the original V3 system.

That is simply false for the upgrade kit. When I ordered the trickler, there was an option of whether you wanted to include a motor or not. If you already had one, no need for a new one. That implied that one was NOT included unless you ordered one.

Negative. Customer powder meter = disk trickler. If your a current powder meter customer, that would usually mean you already have all the parts to make that system work? What you wanted it to say was includes parts to make both systems work. Got you.
When I ordered my First IP trickler when they first came out it did indeed ask if you wanted the full trickler with the motor or if you wanted the upgrade kit for an AUTOTRICKLER which stated it used the motor from the AT. By doing that you saved the price of the motor. When you clicked on the option bar it came up and stated the above and you had to make a choice and click on one or the other. That is simply false for the upgrade kit.
He offered the motor when ordering the trickler by itself for the V3 for a period. That was because people were modge podging a v3 light system because you can still get the V3 electronics, just not the powder dropper from AT. So folks would dump powder manually and let the disk trickler finish it.
The upgrade kit never asked if you needed another stepper and the options have remained the same since preorders opened:
Full system
Upgrade kit
Then scales if needed
Then Draft shield
