Definitely not a bridgeport, that we can rule out.

Is it under power? Run it through the speed ranges if possible. The splined shafts on the variable speed pulleys can wear and that creates one heck of a racket while running. Bridgeport Variable speed vfertical mills are subject to the same wear but repair kits are more readily available for them than the Asian mills.

Looks like a dead ringer to the Enco. The quill speed knob is identical (as is everything else), It's different on the other one.

It appears to me that the Name plate was at one time mounted above the 'Spindle Speed' plate and has been lost/removed. Evidenced by the two screws in the casting in your photo.
