2026 IBS 1000 yard Bench Rest opener Deep Creek MT March 28th 29th

We are please and excited for another 1000 yard agg season start at Deep Creek MT, get your gear dusted off and primed as we are two weeks out… next two weeks are going to burn off this little late season dusting…. Come take advantage of those early season mornings with clean crisp air to view targets… we will have our typical hot lunch and sides as typical and plenty of conversation and laughs to catch up… plan on hitting some extra matches to sweeten those tunes for our August championship and and IBS 1000 yard Nationals event… this years Nationals will up our target agg from 3 targets per class to 6 target agg per class so double the targets should be a slug fest till the end … looking forward to seeing everyone and if you can reach out to me via text if possible in regard to to March match that will help considering groceries etc.

I’m not finished tuning up “old Dusty” yet but I’m sure anxious to get started and see if I can get this thing figured out, I look forward to visiting with all the fellas and eat some good food.

Safe travels, see ya”ll at the party.

My prediction is that Trystan will be a big winner at the match. Old man Tom has been laying out in the sun in Arizona instead of tuning his guns! Looking forward to seeing the results from Montana soon!

lol, I think you just poked the bear

Usually the late winter sun pool side while enjoying Bloody Mary’s Re ignites the pre season fire for Mousel Jim… He will be staged in the Blocks come first light Friday Morning…. Going to be fun to work on some projects again know question . Weather is starting to clean up after a record mild winter around here…

IMG_5169.jpegIMG_5170.jpegDug out my Dasher yesterday and went up to DC, as expected it was clear and bright at 73 degrees.. we couldn’t ask for a better start with next weekends weather prediction for calm winds and clear sky’s.
Gotta give a shout out to Rebecca, she’s has done a great job of maintaining the grounds.
