Why arent the curtis rimfire acrions more popular?

Why aren't the curtis rimfire actions more popular? Ive shot the scout and valor in rimfire form and was totally impressed with the slickness and quality even after shooting a vudoo and owning a couple of rim-x builds. Why havent these gained traction yet?

I looked at their website and it looked like to me that the price of a bolt and magazine was as high as a complete action from the other players...? Perhaps I read it incorrectly....

If you buy it as a rimfire action, the curtis scout is 1050.00(ish) which is 100.00 cheaper than a rim-x.
