The 243 Win. will handle any .243” bullet made with the correct twist.
Barrel life will be all you need considering your requirements.

Varget did fine when I had my 243, but 4350 did better

Your bar is low. .5 moa or better is what I am talking about. My 6 creed will do a 20 shot group into .6" at 100 with factory hornady match ammo. My handloads are about the same. Thats from a bipod and caldwell stable table. Im at 667 rounds and no change yet.

Think about it, 1200 rds of .5 moa barrel life is 24 years for you. You will be too old to shoot, dead, or ready for a new barrel by the time its 1.5 moa.

IMHO all these older cartridges can shoot great if you have the right chamber and twist etc. However, newer designs like the creedmoor have tighter chamber dimensions etc and are more likely to shoot awesome with a saami chamber. My 6 creed started as a .243.

Yeah definitely dont expect that out of a hunting gun especially with non match bullets like Sierra gameking or something.. domt get me wrong it would be nice to get that .
You have about a 6in in kill zone on a deer or coyote at the base of the neck .

Rifles have gotten crazy good. Its just a tikka with a bartlein and Hornady ELDM. Those eldm are plenty good for your hunting application. There is a whole channel on YouTube dedicated to hunting with match bullets amd the guy goes very in depth both with gel and piles of dead animals. No reason your hunting gun can't shoot .5 for 5 or more shots!

I would be super happy if a 22in 243 shot .5 with hunting hand loads ! We always make neck shots or above the shoulder shots . Thay drt , iv shot winchester PowerPoint in hand loads for years with my wifes rifle . .. the winchester PowerPoint and corelokt are my favorite bullets .. could be your eyeshot saturday was at ninety five yards at the base of the neck, with the sierra gameking btsp . It didn't exit, but the next was jelly.And about an eight inch area....
I belive the powerpoint , corelokt or gameking is devastating on whitetail!!
