Current listing of long range Benchrest stocks

I've been pounding around the form looking a stock options for a NBRSA 600/1000 light gun stock with a flat buttstock bottom, and most of the posts are pretty dated. Alex Wheeler's stock is an excellent option, but all my rifles have 3" for-ends that fit my Lenzi rest and that's a whole lot of changing. Besides Richards Microfit, Webb Woodworking and Precision, does anybody have any good options?

I am not sure of what your weight limits are or how light of a stock you need, but for flat bottom stocks with a 3" forearm, you may find what you need from the Rimfire Benchrest stock makers. Probably the largest stock producer there currently is Randy Owens of Rotex stocks. I think he offers many different levels of finished stocks. These are a wood laminate.

@BJ44BJ Benjamin Brubaker, its a blend of a Shehane Tracker of sorts up front and a Roy Hunter in the butt.
Stock comes pillar bedded to your action, trigger guard, weight system and butt plate, and painted.
I can't quite remember prices but they are a lot cheaper than you'd think for a ready to shoot stock.

I needed this thread. I want a real nice looking stock that tracks really well.
Does anyone have any experience with these stocks?

I was hoping a cerus would come up in the classifieds like the one last year. If anyone has one of those.

I am looking for a very nice dark walnut preferably.

Or single piece?

There's options but yes pieces are laminated together...if we are using Claro Walnut they come from the same board. I have a number of stocks and orders but once you get me your action at the moment I would say 3-4 months...$2600 and that includes trigger guard, action screws, butt plate,weight kit and pillar bedded. Price includes the finish which is done by Brett the best there is. I'ts a big labor of love and although I love doing these stocks I don't say yes to every stock project so call me if you want to make something happen.
