15 year old original post. You shouldn't be using Templaq any how.Only paint 5-10% of the case necks with Tempi-lac, they’ll serve to set the time to your final temp. After annealing , dip neck in 50% isopropyl alcohol, daydream and wander around for 3 min, then re-dip, and spin an alcohol-soaked nylon brush inside the neck using a drill. Give em a shake and you’re done, they’ll dry quickly. Works great.
That work hardens the brass again. You just reversed the anneal.A 1/2 hour tumble in stainless steel pins works perfectly.

Interesting. Never seen that. I guess im wrong. It was a big topic here a while back. Looks like I stand corrected. Thats good.People keep making stuff up and it spreads.
