Horrible news from Australia

Millions of anti western civilization individuals(mainly Islamic, the political group) have been allowed into countries around the world. They will commit terror attacks with guns, knives, swords, cars/trucks and IED's. They will vote in Sharia laws/lifestyle when voting. The goal is the death of Christianity/western life. This isn't just a nutty father/son, much much bigger goals and more is at stake.

There is NO guarantee to the any right to possess a firearm and such ownership is entirely up to state and federal jurisdiction…
In the USA we have the second amendment.
That amendment solidifies the first amendment.
Australia I believe has become a vastly larger version of California. With firearm laws similar to New Jersey.

A review of current legislation is in order as clearly there is need to amend and further control who can possess a firearm and what types of firearms”…
And who would make those reviews?
“ and further control…”. Don’t you already some of the strictest firearm laws already?
“and what types of firearms “ . Who chooses?
and even more so for any cartridge larger than .358 calibre {think 9mm}
Good example. Getting shot by a 7.62x39 is no big deal. ( think AK 47).

Sorry to hear that. I've always wanted to visit Australia, but probably never will because of their shitty gun laws.

Mike

Do we know what type of gun it was? Their laws are so strict there can't be much out there.
A straight pull rifle with red dot sight and a shotgun were in the video I watched.
while camping a few years ago in the west we where camping and a man pulled in and set up a tent next to our tag along and it got cold and an ice storm that night. Next morning we offer hot coffee and he gladly excepted. After that we fund 0ut he was a police officer in Australia. After a couple days of chatting I said what kind of a gun do you carry. His reply is none and he also informed me the police knows there are guns and ammo being slipped into Australia by underground sources and they where trying to keep up surveillances on them, I can't picture doing undercover work and not even having a gun. I asked if they have or train on an Ar type being police. His answer was he never handled one ever. The only thing he ever shot was a little with an old Smith and Wesson Revolver If i remember correct. I can't give anymore info than that. But he told us a whole lot more over the few days camping net to us. It shocking to us to hear such a lack of protection even for police!

I suspect a lot has changed since that conversation.

Keith Graves, on y-tube, offers a pretty insightful review of this incident. HIs webisite does a deep dive. This was predicted. And it isn't a "gun-law" specific situation. And these will continue, gun laws or no.
Of course these things will continue. Laws impact law abiding citizens. Someone bent on a terrorist act of this or similar nature is going to obtain the tools. Might take a little longer. Where there’s sufficient will ( and cash, if necessary! ), there’s a way.

Maybe the govmint should restirct murder? Or maybe terrorism? Or state sponsored tyranny? Or sin?
These guys were known to the govmint. They failed. But more "laws" will work.

I think there is something written about the law and it's relationship to aming sin apparent. But it didn't stop sin.

Not so sure about that. He certainly shouldered the rifle well and quickly and interestingly propped the rifle gently against the tree.
It may have been empty. Surely someone has asked the guy why it is that he didn’t shoot the terrorist. Might not like the answer but at least we’d know.

I saw and heard a "reporter" from Aus giving a blow by blow of the disarm. His comments after the brave gent took the shotgun from the killer was that the hero showed "great wisdom" in not firing at the killer and "summoning the police". (Mind you, a LOT of people were fruitlessly "summoning the police" while bleeding out...)

And there you have it. Outsource your freedom and your decisions. And this is to be praised.

I've never seen nor heard a more glaring difference between a subject and a free man.
