Bat SV ejection problem

A friend has an SV with universal bolt face (chambered in 6PPC), right bolt, left port, right eject. It wants to drop the case in the action so that he has to flick it out with his finger. Suggestions?

Mill material from the bottom side of the extractor so the hook swings in more. If it still drops, plunger protrusion will need to be increased. I hate doing that though.

Yes, and the spring is new

Got the pictures. Mill the underside of the extractor. That will fix it. The dual bolt face does not hang on the ppc very well. .015" should do it, a file would work if no mill.
