Anyone care to share their experience with this company? Wilson barrels are good varmint/hunting barrels and the price is right.
It looks like urbanrifleman has a more extensive selection@urbanrifleman may be the better avenue on those Wilson barrels now.
Who did the chambering, threading, crowning?I ordered a 25-06AI Remage barrel from them (RHB) several years ago. It shoots fantastic. Furthest I have tested it was 800 yards and if I recall correctly around 1/2 moa shooting a Barnes TSX 100gr at 3550fps. It has killed all sorts of varmints and medium game. I haven't been nice to it other than fire forming I don't think I have shot a bullet under 3300fps, lately when it comes out I'm shooting 87gr at 3900 or so and it's still going strong.....7-800 rounds in probably

The barrel on my 7TCU bolt gun is a Remage barrel from RHB. It shoots great.
If Urbanrifleman offers the chamber you want, I would go with his just based on his rep here, but if not, getting it directly from RHB should get you what you want.
If he sold a blank maybe but the last time I checked he would not sell a blank.@urbanrifleman may be the better avenue on those Wilson barrels now.
A gentleman you are! Just for this reponse, I would buy from you if I were buying one. They seem to be a great company and their barrels are quite good. They do have a much bigger inventory and reamer selection than I have. I'm not sure their lead times

I've had more than a few "ragged hole" barrels, but getting the bullet on the dot is a whole different matter, as in reading the wind successfully over five 5-shot targets. Hummers on the other hand, just two in over 35 years of score shooting. The difference? Well, hard to explain but those two barrels would just shoot where pointed even in a 10 to 2 o'clock 3mph or less wind. Best I can do to explain.
