WiFi built into the transmitter/receiver just need 5-12v battery and camera. And box to house. This is what I've been wondering. My problem would be lack of wifi our at our range. jd

I set up a permanent 2300 target this spring at one of my spots.2300 is a far as I've done.
It's a whole lot more difficult than a mile.
Like you said, first round impact on a mile target is pretty much expected. For us, that's on a standard IPSC.
On a larger targets the conditions have to be pretty crappy or like the conditions at the last match, where they were switching very quickly from 10:00-2:00.
With the winds being 8-15 with gusts to 25, well, it got a little sporty.

Definitely a challenge across a steep valley.

Beautiful areaAh, there you go.
Eastern Idaho will be as far west as we get.
17 days and around 6k miles round trip. Most of it in the first 2-1/2 and the last 3 days of driving.
I lived there for 5 years. I'd go back as long as it's not the Boise areaBeautiful area
Love Idaho
I hang around the Lewiston area a lot to fish the Clearwater.I lived there for 5 years. I'd go back as long as it's not the Boise area
More like an image though a spotting scope.. prefer tho have the camera next to me and not down range.... especially if I'm at the public rangeTo get a little clarification, ..... are you wanting to view an up close image or an image like looking through a spotting scope?
