I need help identifying the make and model of this action.

Bolt has three sets of two lugs located halfway back from the bolt face.

Only marking on the action is the serial number.

Sorry just checked and some 541 had both, but this action has only one front screw and 541 had two and this is a single shot. 580 that someone drilled and tapped. Great action to build on. Miniature version of the centerfire 788

Since it is of the 580 ,81,82 - 540 , 41. Family but is a single shot , and only has one action screw I believe that would make it a 580 action , hope this helps

I could be interested in a stock if you have one. Mine is a 540 single shot with 2 action screws.
