Have any of you experianced ill affects from the larger primer hole?

No, very low ES, and SD. My one complaint is my primer pocket tool won’t work as there is a very slight taper in the bottom of the primer pocket. However, primer pockets stay tight over ??? firings, as many as lapua would be my guess or more.
A tendency to pierce thin cup primers. . . like CCI-400's.
