I can tell You that,. RamShot Grand makes, a 7mm PRC "Sing" at,.. 3,015 fps for, 180 grain, ELD-M, Bullets,..
and they shoot, Sub, 1/2 MOA from, a 24 inch, C F Proof, barrel. ( The very BEST Powder that, my Son tried ).
H-4831 seems to Be, a very good, 6.5-284, Powder as IS,.. H-4350.
You May have to, Buy a Can of Grand and try it, Yourself, as it does, Look like, "Crickett's",.. Here with, the 6.5-284 !

Grand IS, a type of Ball shaped, Powder from, St. Marks, in Fl. so,.. "Should" Fit, the .284 case.
