I live in the most beautiful State of the Union except for the government of California. I hope the infringement filters down to rosters of handguns for sale in the state, restrictions on magazine capacity, open carry vs. concealed carry, 11% extra sales tax on guns and ammunition which amounts to close to a 20% sales tax. I hope this order cuts across state lines. Democrats have a super majority in the state, and that amounts to nothing beneficial can happen in regard to the 2A.

If implemented expect court challenges and 5 years of litigation until SCOTUS agrees to and decides the case. Lawfare seems to rule these days.

The Supreme Court doesn't make laws. Their job is to interpret if the laws conform to the constitution. The legislature makes the laws, the Executive enforces the laws.
Did you ever play the telephone game when you were in school? It's where 1 person get a statement while 10 people are out of the classroom. A new person comes in to the room and the first person explains the statement to the new person. And so on and so on until the 10th person enters the room and hears the statement that has nothing to do with the original statement the first person received.
That's the role of the Supreme Court. It's to see the original intent of the first statement and how it's being applied now.
If you're wondering how things get so screwed up, study the Hegelian dialectic. Also study "rules for Radicals" and read the writings of Cloward and Pivens. Both Obama and Hillary were big fans.
They postulated that if you could bankrupt the country, you will be able to abandon the constitution. Bloodless revolution. I think that's the genesis of the Covid shutdown.

After his first term I would have agreed with you. He hired swap creatures to drain a swamp, but all you gotta do is go to Elon's X, and look at what he's done. Trump is using him to find wasteful spending and they are estimating by the time it's all said and done there will be close to or over 1 trillion dollars of waste cut...Trillion, with a T. He's signed this executive order, as well as others on free speech, he's made Canada and Mexico bend the knee as well.

One thing I found appalling was that we were sending 337 million dollars to Afghanistan to help the grow crops. 90 percent of the worlds opium come from them. It's the golden triangle. If you cut that off, it will save lives. He's also negotiating with Russia and Ukraine to end the war, and brought home alot of political prisoners.

I'd give him a chance if I were you. Do I like everything he does? Absolutely not. Especially the MRNA and tech billionaires finding "cancer vaccines" rather than a cure. And a couple other things. Over all though I was extremely critical of him but if Kennedy gets confirmed that'll seal the deal for me. Best president ever lol.

Edit: He's also ordering the release of all files pertaining to JFK and MLK. Cant believe id ever be advocating for Trump, as a former libertarian. Life's weird these days.

The one thing I have been looking forward to being verified and exposed is Sarah Adams's claim that we were sending 40-70M a week in cash by plane from NYC to Kabul for supposed NGO relief, which went straight into the hands of the Taliban. 400 million is cheap in comparison to the Trillion $$$ of money laundering that's been uncovered

Edit at least the government motor pool will have some fresh inventory to show for tax payer dollars.
