Re 6.5 creedmoore weight for target shooting?

As you start shooting more, one of the realities is that barrels are consumables (no matter which brand of rifle) and will wear out. Hunting rifles don't get shot enough to wear out over most folks lifetime but target rifles see a more rounds down the barrels.
As to how long yours will last depends on the rate you shoot it and your expectations. If you are happy with 1" groups (just for an example) then you can probably go longer. For me, my expectations are in the 0.25" MOA level and I shoot mainly 600/1000 yards matches. So once the barrel starts opening up, it will get replaced.
Sounds like you have some time to learn about barrel replacement (3-5 years). I would get to know a gun smith in your area (talk to other shooters at your range and get a recommendation). They will need to be willing to work on whatever rifle you have and then chamber a new barrel for it. There are better barrels available than what you would get from Browning or any other MFG.
When I started with this sport many years ago, I was using a Savage 12 target rifle. The nice thing about the Savage is that you can get off the shelf pre-fit barrels that you can order and replace yourself with just a few tools. From there I started doing all of the barrel work myself and have moved away from the pre-fit barrels. So this sport is a journey and depends on how much you want to invest in it (time and $$)
The challenge with the Browning is that they glue the barrel into the Action which can make replacing it harder than it really needs to be. So some care needs to be taken to not damage the Action when removing the barrel...hard but not impossible.

It's all I shoot in my Creedmoor, the price is also very cheap on the ones listed, $360 for 1000 you won't find them cheaper anywhere.
Blue collar reloading has the 108 scenar @ $48 per hundred, so the savings is $.12 each, bullet length is same as 120gr a d you should see velocity over 3000fps.
I tried various 140 gr Bergers and the 136L's just shot smaller in my rifle.
I run H4831sc with the 136L's
AA2700 & IMR 4166 with the 123's.
Currently tuning a AR10 with 136L's and H4350 for a good friend, starting with seating test 1st.
130, 140 and 147 grain, ELD-M's are pretty Reasonably Priced and sometimes, you can Find, a 20 Percent, Off Sale.

Do you have a preference between the 130’s and 140’s mentioned above in a 8 twist barrel?

not really. Once I shot nationals (F-Open) with 130 OTMs, placed 18th. 2 years after that I shot nationals with 140 hybrids and placed 17th. 1:8 twist. I believe my score had really more to do with weather/heaviness of mirage on a given day (both times the match was held in June as far as I recall) than with my bullet.
For a starting point the Sierra 142gr HPBT Match King would be my choice. They are easy to get to shoot, very accurate, and the cartridge you’re looking at has enough boiler room to push them. Start there, make sure the gun does what you want, then try the Bergers, Hornady, etc.
If you plan to shoot deer, the Match Kings (and any target bullet) are a bad choice.
