Man that thing looks good! Feels smooth too. Smells like grape Hubba Bubba.

Didn’t like how dark the stock was turning out, the finishing is definitely a learning curve.
I’m pleased with the colors now after taking it back to the dye and getting the darker colors sanded out.
1st coat of clear is on now and looking a lot better.

Designing on CAD and running CAM to CNC the stocks was a learning curve, but came easy.
Finishing has got me in a position that I’m not familiar with at all. I’m definitely not setup for this type of work. But it’s going to be rewarding in the end.
I’ve really enjoyed the build, the stock that was broken due to my carelessness was a major set back. Now refinishing this stock for a 2nd time was easy but time consuming.
At the end of the day it was the right thing to do because I wasn’t happy with the darker stock.
I care about quality work.. Tim we are close to finishing up.
