I just tried one for you and came up with .2693 loaded diameter on an unturned case.

Yes some are close to .014
if I were to order a no turn for Alpha 6ppc it would be .274

I just checked my email and Tom Danielson @ Alpha said a no turn barrel should be .273-.274 so spot on!

Just wondering . . . doesn't that mean there's ~.010 neck expansion for neck's that are .014"?

No, .028 plus .243 is about .271, it will be slightly more because most bullets are bigger than .243. Your about .0025" in reality.
