Kelbly Prometheus might be worth a look. Rem 700 footprint, trigger hanger, integral recoil lug and pic rail. They are doing repeaters and single shots. Might be over your weight restriction though?

I don’t own the stock. This is kinda Ed’s idea, and since neither of us shoot HBR, I figure someone else could enjoy it.

I am just going to use the Remington Action I already have. It has a PTG Bolt with the Speedy shroud, side bolt release, and I trued it.
The way it sits now, complete without scope and barrel, I can use a 4 pound 14 ounce barrel and have 20 ounces left for a scope.

Swarovski Z3 in 4-12x50 is good on weight

But the erector assembly in those are highly suspect and have a habit of wandering and not holding zero’s.

Not yet. We have a legal HBR profile 1-17 twist Bartlien barrel ordered through Chris Mackey, but it will not be here until February.
