For those who may not know, UBR is designed to take away the advantage of the bigger hole a 30 caliber makes, by having targets caliber specific. The 30 caliber target is the same and is the basis of design. There is a 243/6MM target and a 224 target. The scoring rings are made bigger as the bullet gets smaller, from the 30 caliber.
We hold 8 matches a year, we just completed our second season. Out of the 16 matches, a 22 has won 2 matches, 6MM has won 8, and a 30 has won 6. I think that speaks for itself for leveling out the playing field. And there is no organization to become a member of and yearly fees!
