i like to put threads “watched” that have info I think i may need later. works great so i dont have to search for them. some of these threads have been here a few years for sure and are gold mines of info. i watch the dates to know how or if to reply is allAs per opening leader, someone did ask this in 2016. Seems there is an onslaught of old threads popping up and I don't actually realize it until I see a comment from Dusty. Not a rabbit hole, full size cave![]()
And the old thread from Jay makes some good points.Couldn’t help but notice there are 3 “old threads” at the bottom of this page that are relevant to this thread. Must be a reason ?![]()
Or more often, they are giving advice to someone that asked a specific question a decade or more in the past.It’s not a problem bringing up an old thread, then asking a pertinent question. But often times people try asking someone a question, that hasn’t been around for years.
I get sucked into an old thread and do exactly that. I need to pay more attention to the time stamp.I’m getting “ likes” from posts long ago. Almost like a bot or AI.
