6 dasher

I’ve had good luck with the Alpha in 6Dasher. I’ve used Peterson in 6BR and 6.5CM with good luck as well.

Edit for what it’s worth…. one thing I forgot is the Alpha has a 80 thou flash hole. I just confirmed the Peterson has 60 thou. This is probably a debatable difference when it comes to ignition performance and velocity. I wouldn’t turn around for the difference.

I agree with all the above Especially on the lapua packaging. I do also agree that Alpha and Peterson is probably a personal preference. Speaking just for myself I prefer the smaller flash hole in the Peterson for 600 and 1k paper since Lapua is like H4895.

Agree with this. My total experience with Alpha was with my 260AI and it was not a good one. Had to reduce the load far too much in order to realize the gains produced by an AI cartridge.

this is what i was worried about case capacity. but it’s almost impossible to find lapua brass i myself don’t mind fire forming.
