Hornady customer service

I broke a decapping rod/pin today in my Hornady 20 vartarg die and called the customer service number, within 15 seconds, I was talking to a live person . I told him that the decapping rod/pin broke in my die and before I good explain further, he's asked if I was still add my current address and when I said yes, he said " we will ship one out to you today" It doesn't get any better than that.

I have dealt with them a couple times. I wish all places were that good
