Deleting shot sessions on my Garmin?

Needless to say I am happy with my Garmin chrono but I find their support lacking and I am not the brightest knife in the shed.
How does one delete shooting sessions? Can't find it either in the unit itself or in the app on my Iphone.

Yep I deleted one on accident

Go to history after turning unit on, from there you can view individual shots or scroll down further and can delete entire session. On line manual helps explain a little better

Garmin's website has some specific FAQ for the Xero.
There is also a specific telephone number for Garmin Xero support.

I was given this number by someone at Garmin and have no idea if you can get the info you need there.
Now, I am sitting here with the Garmin app open on my iPhone. Try this.
Open the app in your phone.
Select and open the session you wish to delete.
You will see three little dots in the top right corner of the session.
Opening that will allow the following:
Export to CSV
Rename Session
Delete Session (IN RED)
I just did those steps with a session I didn't need and it just vanished. POOF!
EDIT:
Not sure this is what you are asking. The only way I will know is by powering up my Garmin and looking at the sessions.

Yep, I discovered the answer while you were typing. The issue that buffaloed me was when my Garmin and phone were synchd the Garmin showed "no sessions saved" while I had the 4 sessions showing on my phone.
