King's Ropes and Saddle Museum, nice places to visit. Have you ever been to the Mountain Man Museum in Pinedale? They have Jim Bridger's gun. The museum is small but worth the trip. Lots to see in Wyoming.

my friend Ronnie Burke (Ruger 77 book guy) used to get a couple in the boxes those ropes came in---mustve been 40 years ago---skip forward 20 years and he was buying them and selling more caps than ropes!!

Whatever you use don’t put too much on or it can soften too much and in the worst cases rivets will come out. As much leather has been damaged with neatsfoot, as helped since everyone wants to pour it on.
Waxes like snow seal, nikwax, etc can‘t be put on too thick.
Greases like huberds or Whites are generally safe, but go easy.
My work belt is 25 years old and has always be used with Nikwax or snow seal. A lot of pairs of whites have never seen anything but whites grease.

I’ve used this for years on all of my baseball and softball gloves. It’s great.
