Teslong Length

I'm looking at possibly getting a teslong borescope, mainly to keep an eye out for carbon ring and how how well my cleaning regimine keeps it at bay. I'd like a fixed, not flexible, model. My problem is, I try to avoid taking brakes off my rifles (unless they're really fouled up), and I shoot with 26" barrels foe the most part. The brakes that I use are APA Fat B@stards, Gen 3, so they're fairly long. Does anyone know if the 26" Teslong will be able to reach the throat area of the chamber on a 6 dasher without having to remove the brake? I don't have this rifle put together yet, and I don't have any brass yet, so I can't think of a good way to take much of an accurate measurement.

Note - I'm probably over-thinking this, thats what i do. There's probably an easy answer. Don't drag me too hard.

If you have a sacrificial piece of brass, drill out the head so the scope can go in through the back. Having the rifle muzzle down would facilitate keeping the brass snug in the chamber, but you should be able to work out a way to do that.

I check mine from the muzzle end, but this should work if you're set on the rigid version.

you will get the rigid and want a flex, get the flex and wish for a rigid, I have the portable with flexible cable you can take it anywhere use it anytime, plus it comes with a set of mirrors 20 to like 45 cal, hard case and it stays charged for a long time

I love the flexible and it stores in about a 10" square case. Before I bought mine people complained about the rigid breaking easy so never even thought about it. Like LVLAron said, they are cheap.

I just received the new foldable one. Highly recommended- you can focus it while it's in the bore like a hawkeye.
