I'm looking at possibly getting a teslong borescope, mainly to keep an eye out for carbon ring and how how well my cleaning regimine keeps it at bay. I'd like a fixed, not flexible, model. My problem is, I try to avoid taking brakes off my rifles (unless they're really fouled up), and I shoot with 26" barrels foe the most part. The brakes that I use are APA Fat B@stards, Gen 3, so they're fairly long. Does anyone know if the 26" Teslong will be able to reach the throat area of the chamber on a 6 dasher without having to remove the brake? I don't have this rifle put together yet, and I don't have any brass yet, so I can't think of a good way to take much of an accurate measurement.
Note - I'm probably over-thinking this, thats what i do. There's probably an easy answer. Don't drag me too hard.
