Agency's only need to recognize constructive comments and the Biden administration has shortened comment periods to reduce the number of legitimate arguments for submission. Make sure you submit a legal reference against their rule, the agency has to count that as opposition to the rule. Unelected "law" creation without legislation is their goal, term limits and legitimate elections would reduce directors/agencies from governance without representation. The globalist/marxist/democrats NEED to disarm the public for the 2030 project.

90 days is not a shortened comment period. Many comment periods are 60 and 45 days.

More laws only effect the law abiding... there are plenty of "laws" on the books to prosecute unwanted behavior. Outlaws by definition do not follow the law.

If this rule happens to be passed, then you'll just need to be creative in selling anything. I won't be selling a firearm, I'll sell a barrel that comes with a free action, trigger, and stock. LMAO!!!

It's my personal property, and nobody's going to tell me what I can or can't sell if I want to get rid of it.

It doesn't ring true. Sounds more like fund-raising fodder than likely to ever happen, especially in an election year. Gun control is radioactive for Dims. Something that drastic without congressional roots ain't going to happen. Come back and ridicule me when I'm wrong, I'll be here to take it.
