Would be nearly identical case capacity as a 25 SAUM but on a long action standard bolt face action.
These new heavies for the 25 cals are pretty long bullets so a person would want to use an action that allowed a OAL of 3.400 or longer which would rule out a few factory actions.
I don't think 3100 with the Berger 133's from a 24-25in barrel and powders like N570, RL33 and even Retumbo would be all that difficult and when you run the numbers through a ballistic calculator on a Berger 133/135 or Hornady 134 it's pretty impressive, especially at distance, and I think you're right it would make for a nice all around hammer with some pretty good legs to it and not a lot of recoil. I'm not doing a 25-06AI but what will pretty much be its evil short action magnum bolt face ballistic twin.
