I had a high of 85 two days this summer, now upper 70’s.

After living in Southern New Mexico I realized living where the outside temps exceed normal body temperature was Ill-advised

109 right now in the Texas heatgrinder here in Ft. Worth, still not as bad as 1980.

115 and 15% humidity here a couple days ago. Now we got this tropical storm 80 deg and 90% humidity. I dont know which sucks more. Just sniveling. Emperial county calif.

it is 118 here in Yuma right now! but the hell with the heat, we have Hurricane Hillary coming up toward us!

Time for me to whine again. Last week was really nice. This week triple digits and humid as a rain forest, no breeze or wind. At 01:00 it was a muggy 87. Fog set in some time last night, humidity is awful.
I will probably have some kind of fungi trying to sprout on me by the time I get home from work.

Let it SNOW, at least a good hard frost.
Some kind of spiders coming out after dark dropping from the trees.

Hit 68 for high yesterday here in northern ND. Started sprinkling at about 5 in the evening. Badly needed for the crops. Still sprinkling this morning. Every little bit helps. Edk

I was in Parachute Colorado last week, one day it was 104. I think that's the hottest I've experienced.

I’ve noticed the days have been getting shorter the last couple of weeks, so maybe that will be the start of a little relief.

In my area, overnight temps haven't dipped below 80ºF more than a couple of days in the past week and a half. Muggy, hot, and not cooling down at night. At least it's not likely to tip into triple digits, thankfully. Typical August.
