How does a Grand Master action compare to a Kidd?

Assume a Kidd trigger and a Shilen barrel.

This is probably not the answer you're looking for either. The slight differences between the aftermarket
10/22 receivers will make no difference in accuracy nor function. They are all good ( Ford vs Chevy ).
Quality bolt assembly, Trigger, Barrel and Gunsmith to set it all up correctly in a good stock and some Ammo that it likes and it could care less what receiver it's in.

In 2018 the ABRA national Agg was won with a Grand Master action.
In 2019 it was won by Evelio. Don't know what action.
In 2020 and 2021 the ABRA national Agg was won with a Ruger receiver.
Don't know what action won last year. I do know that all types of actions have done well in ABRA unlimited class. Grand Master, Kidd, Tactical Innovation and Factory Ruger.
Can't go wrong. They are all proven winners in the ABRA game.

Actually your responses are very helpful and very much appreciated.

I have two Kidds, which I like, although I wish they would hold the bolt back when empty. LOL

Are there any differences in functionality/operation between the Kidd and the Grand Master?
