Bullet moves progressively to the right

I copy you on the downhill/ uphill. I'm shooting south/southeast and the wind flags were just hanging, nothing moving. It's my home range and have shot this many times before. This rifle is a new build for me and I'm not using top shelf stock or parts. It's a R700 in a stocky's stock with an Arken scope. I'm actually leaning (no pun intended) to a bullet problem as I do not have this issue using 140 grain Nosler BT in a .284 Winchester. I'll be loading some Hornady 162 grain ELD match for a test drive.
I appreciate the comments.

are you shooting east to west , north to south , other ?
I know where you’re going but is 500 long enough?
Also because of one scope malfunction in all these years ( causing me to sell a perfectly fabulous rifle) In the end I’ll always try another scope. Heck I have enough scopes but it was that one that haunts me. Totally stupid on my part.

Not really , especially not that much .

Couldn't wait for tomorrow morning. Loaded five each different loads of IMR 4831 powder (using Hornady Book) and the 162 match. Fastest load put 3 in half inch at 100 yards Using new Ballistic Data moved to 500 yards.
It's South Texas and it's 100 degrees and a 14 mph wind coming in at one to one thirty. At 500 there are a number of Mesquite tree wind flags and I'm watching for the lull, it happens at least once a minute. Held dead center, shot dead center and even in the wind and with my sketchy ability managed a 3" three shot group, no drifting to the right. Appears the problem was with the eight twist and the 139 SST. Excessive RPM for that bullet, maybe too fast, 3100 fps? I will load up more of the 162's for the morning but happy with the way things are going.
Also had level on scope but it seems I was holding rifle level already.
Thanks for the comments

My vote is ----------- scope isn't perfect. Quick verticle tracking session up a tall line will show you instantly what it's doing.

One distant shooter don't find not being perfect an issue, longrange multidistance targets it has to track perfect as you increase elevation. There is a very slight spindrift factor but not what you're seeing.

It could be a lot of things but excessive rpm would be wayyy down my list of what
I'd consider viable causes but..hopefully you found it. Good luck!

Have you ever checked the scopes tracking? Scopes can be level, but tracking can throw things off like that.

I shoot on two different ranges where the wind shows up in layers, so if your flags are not at the same level as the bullet path it could make a difference. I have seen a no wind at 3 ft off the ground and something else at 6ft. I have seen it blow in opposite directions at different heights. Thats why sometimes the flags will say one thing but the target says another.
I see that a lot where I shoot along and across steep valleys.
