I got several a while back. Basically stocked for future projects. To date I have 5, 3 are installed.
338/300 RUM aka 338 Edge - full diameter tapered to barrel diameter by smith.

284 Win - Blended onto a CBI "RemAge" match bull barrel.
This report is for the effectiveness on the 338 Edge. I am at 35 rounds fired on this barrel.
The rifle with scope and Harris bipod weighs 16lb 1oz.
Tactical/Target style.
Weatherby Mark V - German action.
Benchmark barrel, heavy palma profile.
EGW 20 MOA Picatiny rail.
Sightron SIII 6-24x50 (for now).
It boils down to a copy of a Mark V® TRR Custom Magnum in 338 Edge instead of 338LM or 338/378. Custom bottom metal and Wyatts mags with a little work.

Bore sighting was done with a now discontinued Leupold Zero Point Magnetic Illuminated Boresighter, bummer because it really works and it's not mine. Good because I have unlimited access.
The guys at the range love seeing what I'm gonna bring next though they are not fond of my braked big bores from a noise point of view. That is important because the report from the 338 Edge with the Harrels brake was said to be much more tolerable than my previous brake on one of my 300RUMs. First pleasant surprise, the spiral brake, sound wise is much nicer.
All the initial shooting and sighting was done at 100yards.
For the first 3 shots no scope adjustments were make.
First shot was 4" low and 3/4 left.
Second shot was 3" low and 1/2 left.
Third shot was 2" low and dead center.
Brought up the scope 2MOA.
#4 was 1" high and 1/4" right, well it seems as the barrel breaks in and seasons it's moving up and right.
#5 was 7/8" high and 5/16" right, umm
#6 was 1" high and 3/8" right.
Well, a sub 1/2 inch group in the first 6 shots out of the rifle is a positive endorsement of the components and gun smith but of course it could be a fluke. So... I repeated the group the next day. Sort of, I shanked one of 3 but other 2 were .3. This is all with no load work up. Next up was using the Magneto speed to get the FPS. Just 3 shots becuase all I really wanted was a number to use to calc the come up for 700 yards.
Well with 12 rounds down the tube, time to go straight to 700 yards. The max I can do at this range.
Calced, dialed up and windage.
First shot was about 3 MOA high and 3 left but took it in 2 steps as a caution, did not change the wind read.
3rd shot was centerline with the target but still floating left.
Dialed back the wind and chose poor timing and missed centerline right 3" of an 18inch target.
Waited for barrel cooling and...
Hit it.
The bottom line.. My spotter wasn't assaulted with noise and concussion blast with the Harrel's Spiral Brake, accuracy was obviously fantastic.

the load was R-P brass, Hornady BTHP 285 seconds. Wolf LRMagnum primers, H1000. The only premium component in the load is the powder. The rest were 'expendables' for testing.
