I do the same, except with the non-spray version. I put 3-4 small kroil dots on a patch and use that to lube inside the bolt body and the pin body.

Also I'm pretty sure I'm the only man on the planet that enjoys the smell of kroil.

Are you kidding, I love that stuff. Anything that works as good as Kroil has to smell good.

Microil user here too. Bought a gallon a long time ago and still have a ways to go. I filled several used empty small Tri-Flow bottles and have them scattered around the shop.

Kroil is a penetrating oil for freeing rusted stuck stuff.
Microil is a lubricant.
