can anyone tell me where the rules/classifications for the ibs "long range marksman rankings" are in print/online

i know what the hall of fame is and its rules and the long range.
so this other list has been thrown in my face but it appears you do not have to win to be on the list or winning does not get you on the list. as usual ibs was not happy wiht the exsisting hall of fame

i see points total for level of award..i do not see the source of the points

IMO while the website looks need and tidy, some rather important things could be easier to find. It seems that whoever puts information there does not fully realize that making it easy to find is an important part of that job.

It's pretty simple, you win, you score points. The more points you score, the further up the list you go.
