I live 27.5 miles from this incident. I am upwind. Guys, it is a localized concern, yes. But we are basically going on with life just like two weeks ago. Maybe I am an old cynical guy, but we lived thru 100 years of steel mills, toxic stuff going by in the (once) largest push button railroad switch stations in the US only 4 miles away, fished in the Ohio river and built America from right here in this valley. It isn't a small thing, but it sure isn't Chernobyl.
