I like my AGS . Works great at a good price point. Good for smaller batches.
But I don't think it's the best for volume. Probably will take a while to do 5000.

I did 1500 with the AGS annealer in less than 3 hrs. Raining day project.
I also use this one from epintegrations, it does a good job.
My personal experience is, it depends. I found that when shooting brass that had a identical number of resizing's it made no difference. However when I mixed brass with various number of reloading's the groups tended to open up and develop fliers. This was a small test of 60 rounds and in no way scientific but it was was enough to convince me to always anneal. It makes sense when you consider what annealing does to the elastic/plastic properties of the brass but again just my opinion.
In regard of the OP, I owned a Annealeze for a number of years and my only complaint was the plastic wheels tended to melt when annealing more than 25 or 30 shorter cases such as 6.5 Grendel and 6BR. I went
through two sets of the "short case" wheels before replacing it because I shoot a lot of 6BR and Grendel. It worked great with .308 and .223 and a friend of mine who mostly shoots .223 only is still using it with the original longer wheel set.
If I were buying today I would look for a machine that does not use plastic wheels such as the Ugly Annealer or the EPS which others have provided links to

Mike's makes a pretty nice one. I sold mine after getting an AMP w/ Ampmate and case feeder.
I use one of these integration units too. They go on sale periodically and you can save a few bucks. They are easy to use and, once set up, go much faster than you'd think.
No frills & easy peasey.
It wouldn't matter.
