10 22 Match Barrels

I have an opportunity to sell 1022 barrels. I got my first sample. I know NOTHING about 1022 stuff or the market around it.

The erector set of guns......buy a 10-22 spend $900 more dollars to get to shoot with a stock savage.
Lots of well established barrel makers out there all ready.
Go to rimfire central and ask around

I have built and purchased 10/22's with barrels from Kidd, Green Mountain, Shaw, Ruger, VQ (carbon)_, Feddersen, and Shilen. The Joe Chacon built ABRA rifle with Shilen barrel and the benchrest rifle I put together with a Kidd barrel/Tony Melo stock are the most accurate. I haven't any experience with the KSA barrels and think I've moved pretty much past the 10/22 building enthusiasm at this point in my life. After culling the herd, the ABRA rifle, the Kidd barreled BR rifle, the best shooting Green Mountain barrel, and Feddersen barrel remain. There's a lot of competition out there in 10/22 barrels.

With, Lower to, Mid Priced, SK / Wolf, "Match grade" Ammo, My 20" Green Mountain Sporter Barrel, 10-22 shoots, 5 shots, in the 3's and 4's at, 50 yards and 1/2 to 5/8ths inch groups with, the Cheapest, Fed, CCI and Win., HP's for, Sage Rat, fodder. A "Good" Trigger, is of the utmost importance on any, 10-22 to make them, "Shoot", besides the Barrel. I'm NOT a "Match" competitor but LIKE, very accurate, Rifles for,.. Squirrels & Rabbits.
That KSA Barrel, "Looks good" but only, Test firing will, tell you,.. for, SURE !
Like martini said, above,..Shilen, Feddersen, Kidd, and Green Mountain, Barrels, are all, known, "Top Performers".

If those barrels shoot as well as the barrels on the Keystone 722 Precision rifles they make, they will be plenty accurate. The key will be the cost as there is a wide price range on the better barrels.
