Returning Item to Midway

I returned a Trigger to Midway USA. The Box was a little Big. I did not what it rattle ,so I add a old Shop Rag !

I got a package from Midway ? I did not order anything.
Is was the Shop Rag and log Printed note. " Very Sorry we can not accept or replace this item".
